I'm running this theme on Waterfox 56 with these fixes: https://gist.github.com/notpushkin/64c1c2679a5006e504e75284ae74dea0 (place this to <your_profile>/chrome/userChrome.css). I can probably do a proper fix sometime, but in meanwhile use the userchrome variant.
