Openbox theme #115

Would you be interested in adding an Openbox theme to go along with your theme?

I created one by basically copy/pasting the colors featured in Arc. It's looking somewhat acceptable (better than a random theme), but could use a few tweaks and fine tuning. You could go over it and correct all the mistakes as you see fit.

I've also made myself an Openbox theme to fit with Arc-Dark: https://github.com/gcavallo/Arcbox It's rather plain/flat but maybe others will like that.

I didn't see a way to color an individual button so as far as I can tell there's no way to do the pretty red close button with Openbox.

Anyways what @dglava did is very nice and more complete. Wish I had seen it sooner! I'm just posting this in case anyone wants to cherry pick stuff from it...
