running windows counter indicator not visible #263

When I hover over Application icons in the Dash/Panel/Dock, the running windows counter indicator for inactive windows aren't visible (see files icon in screenshot).

I am not sure if it is supposed to be like this. Not that anything is wrong with it but many other shell themes that I have used in the past (The default Adwaita, Paper) used to showed the indicators at all times (whether or not the window as active or not). I think it has got something to do with the transparency of highlight color.

I have to change the background color of the hovered buttons to be more transparent and maybe use a different color than blue. I thought about this earlier, but I haven't gotten around to change it.

Some shade of gray should work in my opinion. Not an urgent issue.
