Background problems with dashed lines
It's a feature of GTK 3.14, the "dashed lines" appears when more items are available with scrolling
For me, there is some marge between menu items.
I don't like the "dashed lines". Please, how could I hide/disable this "feature"?
Thank you very much and best regards!!
@thiagomoreirac please reinstall the theme @acutbal is a feature of GTK, so it cannot be disabled trought the theme
Almost there.. still have some problems with row lines.
I have the same issue as @thiagomoreirac and reinstalling didn't solve the problem. I use kali-rolling with gnome 3.20.1
+1 for Nautilus side bar oddness.
Same here as @thiagomoreirac, @mahdiG, and @jwhipp. I've purged/reinstalled multiple times to no avail. FWIW, I'm only seeing the washed-out menu items in Arc and Arc-Darker in Nautilus. Arc-Dark looks like I would expect it to. (Have tried with both arc-theme
and arc-theme-solid
.)
@thiagomoreirac, @mahdiG, and @jwhipp: I resolved this by updating the repository source to use 16.04 packages (vs. 15.10, which I had before) and then reinstalling.
I resolved this too just by using 16.04 packages. I used the noobslab repo here: https://launchpad.net/~noobslab/+archive/ubuntu/themes
Apologies for not commenting earlier...I totally forgot about this issue. :(
I have some issues with nautilus since ever. It will be nice to have this issues addressed. I am using
Nautilus 3.14.2
inUbuntu 15.10
Is it possible to add the space separators in nautilus sidebar? Since I put arc-theme, it is hard to find my stuff there because Arc does not show the spacers like in the default theme.
Another improvement, I think, is to reduce a little the space between the itens.
Sidebar panel in
Arc
andArc-Darker
has a problem with mouse over which changes its background color.Arc-Dark
doesn't have this issue because the sidebar background has the same color as the mouse over background. Background problems with dashed lines
