Window button design suggestion #523

Details:

Just some design suggestions. image

  1. The diameter of the circle shown when the minimize or maximize button is is hovered is different to the one of the close button.
  2. The margins to the top and to the right of the close button differ.

I think both would be nicer if they were equal. Just my suggestion, if you did not intend this.

  1. Yeah, I see what you mean. Actually the circles have the same diameter, but the min and max buttons look smaller because of the border.
  2. That's not as easy as it looks. The titlebar height is dynamic (depends on the font size), but the margins to the left and right are not.

...considering that we are talk about titlebar buttons and just to avoid to open a new bug report : is there a way to reduce horizontal padding between min, max and close button?

+1 on the suggestion here. I couldn't believe the two circles were the same. I had to open in an image editor just to confirm.

I personally like the border, so perhaps just make the circles larger so the inner part is the current size?
