dash-to-dock: window counter indicators broken after update #560

Hello.

After updating the arc-theme package from the repository on Fedora 23 to version 1464640864.d9d1772 (d9d1772) window indicators on the dock have disappeared. Previous installed package version (according to dnf history) was 1459454111.c561afa (c561afa)

Seems like there was similar problem in the past: #318.

Distribution: Fedora 23
Desktop environment: Gnome Shell
GTK+ 3 version: 3.18.9
Arc version:
- commit: d9d1772
- package version: 1464640864.d9d1772

I'm having the same bug on ArchLinux with gtk-theme-arc-git package installed
