Desktop environment: XFCE
GTK+ 3 version: 3.20.6-1
Arc version (commit): https://github.com/horst3180/arc-theme/commit/3095952c1eb6c2eafcf720032e995484ec1f01bc

Using some icon sizes, the border to the left disappears and the border to the right has 2x the width. Examples below.
