Desktop environment: Ubuntu 16.04 Unity
GTK 2
Arc version: arc-theme_1465131682.3095952_all.deb
Reproduced on Arc, Arc-Dark and Arc-Darker
Inkscape 0.91 preview:

Hmm, this might be an Ubuntu specific bug. I can't reproduce it. Does this happen with other themes?

I don't know, but on Ambiance or Radiance this bug not reproduced.

@horst3180 i think it's specific bug for GTK 3.18.9.. but maybe possible this fixed or debugged? I like Arc, but this bug interferes with work on Inkscape :(

log have only this: Gtk-Message: (for origin information, set GTK_DEBUG): failed to retrieve property `gtk-primary-button-warps-slider' of type `gboolean' from rc file value "((GString*) 0x5645bf0c7a00)" of type `gboolean'
