oomox compatibility request for arc theme #816

I've recently added some basic color-changing script to Flat-Plat theme to make it pluggable to oomox theme generator: https://github.com/nana-4/Flat-Plat/pull/133 https://github.com/actionless/oomox/pull/99

@horst3180 please let me know if you are interested in something like that, or mb even modifying the current build infrastructure to support setting theme colors as autogen options
