black lines for top and left border in gtk2 apps #854

All gtk2 apps (like thunar, and gimp etc) have black lines for borders in the top and left sides. Screenshot below is from right clicking inside thunar and having the context menu appear. It appears in the gimp menu as well as other spots in gtk2 apps.

(this is in ubuntu 17.10)

horst3180 is inactive for a long time now. The arc theme is now maintained in this fork: https://github.com/NicoHood/arc-theme

Please close this issue, test the latest version of the fork and open a new issue on the fork if it still exists. Thanks.
