Switch fallback icon-theme from gnome to Adwaita #3

Since the gnome-icon-theme seems to replaced by the adwaita-icon-theme (gnome-icon theme last updated with gtk3.12) it seems to be reasonable to replace the gnome in the index.theme with Adwaita?

Or add adwaita-icon-theme before gnome-icon-theme. For greater backwards compatibility...
