No scrollbar in Firefox #178

Hi,

Firefox's scrollbar has disapeared with the upgrade to 3.20. I have checked and it doesn't seem to be an issue of the extra theme for firefox, but from the whole theme, as if I change it to Adwaita, the bar reappears.

Also, the little separator bars between elements in the menus are now white, I don't dislike them, but maybe you should know.

I can also confirm, the scrollbar is invisble.

Commit https://github.com/horst3180/vertex-theme/commit/6c6cfdbaadb04fb2ccf3c8cf11ffcee84873af2f partially fixes this. At least the sliders are now visible.

Sliders are visible, but no scrolling element inside the slider.
