Dotted line seems out of place #215

Thanks for a beautiful theme! And it solved all my problems with gtk 3.20 too.

Some programs (Glade, Anjuta) show a dotted line near the top or bottom of a ScrolledWindow (others don't, eg. Geany). The dotted line seems out of style with the rest of the theme, and causes some confusion at times (see screenshots).

If this is by design, I don't mind changing it locally, but I haven't been able to find out what to change in the CSS. This is not the 'Dotted line' issue from the FAQ

A new problem just popped up: Some search boxes (such as the one on Github's own help search box), have a black background, and the prompt text results in darkgray-on-black - nearly unreadable. But entering search text is even worse - black-on-black... screenshot - 07142016 - 12 14 51 pm
