Vertex and Vertex Light.

Fonts in the panels - White color, should be black.

Also, the date and time are like black on black. Can reproduce @thunderowl's problem on Mate 1.19.0

And, I guess the panel gradient is configured by @thunderowl and not a bug, since the background looks OK to me.
