[FEATURE] Multi Cluster: allow to use multiple static inventories #137

This feature allow you to have multiple inventories (only static for now) by defining the env var INVENTORY_TO_USE.

I might remove some of the example from the doc as the INSTALL_ starts to become too big but I do like this improvement!
