We need to be able to check the current version and deployed the commit hash of both the dashboard and the API in stock buddy.
Technical details
Use some developer-friendly display mode that doesn't bother the general user with unnecessary information (e.g.: tooltip on the version number to display the hash info).
Fetch the version and hash information from the API. (horvathmarton/stock-buddy-api#64)
Parse the version information from the package.json file.
Research how to determine the latest commit hash from code.
