Portfolio comment cannot be blank #55

Expected Behavior

When creating a new portfolio, the description field is optional.

Actual Behavior

When creating a new portfolio, I have to enter something into the description field. Otherwise, I can't submit it.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. Navigate to the portfolio page.
  2. Start creating a new portfolio.
  3. Try to submit it without a description.

Tried to reproduce it, but it seems to be resolved in the meantime.
