Add pre-translated mode to translator #65

A pre-translated mode could be useful when used with Dotify Pipeline 2, because 
translation and hyphenation could be done before formatting. At the same time, 
some translator capabilities is still needed in formatting, e.g. space and 
hyphens. In addition, numbers might be generated by the formatter, which also 
needs to be translated properly.

One potential problem is other information generated by the formatter, such as 
written numbers. Should that be included, or not?

A better solution would be to implement support for the languages needed in the 
Dotify Translator. Pre translation would still be possible, only the translator 
in Dotify would be far more useful.
