Borders for double line spacing #79

Borders are not doubled in double line spacing mode.

Expected:
| row1 |
|      |
| row2 |

Actual:
| row1 |

| row2 |

Implementing this would have the implication that borders may overlap on front 
and back of a paper in DLS-mode.
