Licensing Incomplete #6

We've got a license template, but that's not all. Which entity should be the copyright holder? Also: We need to apply the license boilerplate to the files.

  1. What is your suggestion? I'm fine with "Hosanna Higher Technologies & Contributors" as the "Entity" since its joint project
  2. I think that can be automated. Here are suggested methods, so I will have to test and see which one helps
