Add support for UKTV #3

Hi,

I really love the launchers. I believe I've found the correct URL that YouView would use on some Bravia models. There are some extra parameters available too

http://tvapp.uktv.co.uk/?brand=default&model=fvp&launch_mode=video_only&house_num=None

It would be great to have this included.
