fab : debug/logging option for tracing particular variables #40

VARUSER and VARAUTO enable logging of variable settings. This ends up being a firehose, when typically you have one variable in mind. There should be a logging option to restrict this output to the specific variable in question.

I think the need for this will be greatly reduced with v2 fabfiles
