listwise - improved listwise as interpreter capability #54

in v0.5 the ability to use the listwise binary as an interpreter for scripts is greatly improved.

See the example listwise-script fab/listwise/listwise/sl, an alternative to ls that allows you to sort/filter/otherwise manipulate list entries before replacing them with a filesystem-style listing.
