A single / multiple, categorizable, customizable, localizable and searchable item picker (drop-down) component for react native which supports both Android & iOS.
This PR is just adding the CONTRIBUTING.md file. This leaves the other PR to just require reviewing the templates to make it easier to do (and to fix them).
If you can see anything to fix, please let me know, and otherwise just merge the changes in. Thanks! :)
