[ ] Add app url per hossted app
[ ] Add credentials ( applicative and HTTP auth)
[ ] Create rellevent secrets and reconcile them
[ ] PRovide guideline to @alex-bondarev-linnovate on hot to decode secrets (he will store them encoded)
