Gyro Functionality #2

Many high level teams use gyros for accurate turning and autonomous control.

Could you also research Gyros and maybe add something in our utility package.

Would this fit in with the rest of the library?

So far, the package has largely been about adding functionality where there was none or consolidating commonly used code. This could fit in the library, but I think that it's a bit of a stretch.

Really, my biggest concern here is that this might cause us to be a little lenient with what we include in RobotUtils, which would bloat it quickly. I don't want that to happen.
