After loading a session with AEOLean scale set, the notes adjustment is still in IONIan mode (i.e CV + encoder moves C / D / E rather than C / D / D#). I seem to have to go into the global menu, change the SCAle setting off of AEOLean and then back again to get the note adjustment to work as expected.
