CSS heading and print layout changes #1

Various small changes, mostly to the headings. These were made in Firefox and have been ported to the .less files, but I haven’t actually tested them by running hotdoc, so they should be sanity checked before merging.

I cherry-picked the last two commits, however I don't feel like the result looks right with the first one, mostly for the reasons I stated, can you propose a different commit for the page breaks please ?

Closing, will be nice if you can propose something for the page breaks, anyway I'll work on this when working on pdf output.

I’ve split this up into three commits, but overall it’s still the same changes (only rebased).

@pwithnall that is nice, but as I said I'm not interested in removing these lines around the headings, and these proposed commits continue to disregard the logic to figure out what should be considered section headings.
