how do you access the slabs data

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download v1.1.3
2. unzip to directory
3. run the app

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected there would be a link to "slabs" report, but I only see links to 
live stats, stats, issue command, and edit configuration

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.1.3 on windows server 2008

Please provide any additional information below.
I looked through the PHP code and could not find a reference to the slabs 
report url.

never mind, i found it. You have to look in an individual server, not "all 
servers". sorry about that.
