Barriers rendered as nodes #112

There's several barriers in the preset that primarily are created as nodes:

Same icon for these is my initial thought ?

there's also toll_booth different from the other 3 mentioned above, but does that need its own distinct icon ?

Also, barrier=entrance would be good to have rendered.

All I know is there is no way one's car is going to drive past https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/8702541648 but there is no clue, at any zoom level, to users considering driving all the way up, that they aren't going to get through.
