Change coastlines to OSMD #121

I was catching up on my notifications and I read in osm-bright that AJ and mapbox haven't updated the coastline files recently and also recommends using OSMD as we discussed in #29, so we just do switch the coastline files over to OSMD shortly before we go to global coverage.

Following up with this... Are you using OSMD for tile.openstreetmap.fr/hot ? I ask because the rendering in Labadie (see #29) looks fine.

Are we going to change this to OSMD and if so, do we need to create a script so someone can download the OSMD coastline files ?

Yeah, I'm already using OSMdata everywhere, it can be changed also in the hdm.mml file, but basically choosing the right shapes is up to who run the style (eg. if you only have a small area in Africa, why would you want to download the whole world?). But if you want to change the default, please do :)

The default should definitely be osmd. I'd probably end up spending more time trying to find regularly updated Africa-only coastlines than just downloading the world-wide ones.

I'd suggest pulling in the osm-carto download script for easy updates to coastlines. tile.osm.org does daily updates now.
