names do not display for craft=* #186

I've confirmed this as craft is not included with the rest of the POIs listed at https://github.com/hotosm/HDM-CartoCSS/blob/master/labels.mss#L322

Was this an oversight or intentional that we do not want to render the name of them ? I'm thinking of rendering the names at z18.
