Some barriers not rendered #201

I'm using barrier=dry_bush for enclosures fenced with dry bushes. But it's not being rendered. Can we have some kind of default render for all barrier ways that doesn't already have a specific style?

Andrew Buck also had a suggestion for rendering barrier=dry_bush, but not sure it went through?

Any chance that this could be added? We'll use an OSM map for a cultural festival and rendering these barriers would make the map a whole lot of easier to understand. See https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=16/1.7392/37.3018&layers=H and compare with other renderings, like Standard and MapQuest.
