Render ref=* tag for forests #213

Is it possible to add rendering for ref=* for landuse=forest?

It is widely used in Poland as a part of cooperation with Polish Fire Service which in some areas actually use OSM data during service. Here is one of the articles about this.

Example of usage is here. We suggest to render it in zoom 15+

I'm not sure this really relates to a humanitarian rendering.

The problem I see here is that, imho, this should be rendered at medium zoom level to make sense, and there is a very high info concurrency at medium zoom levels. We are much more tolerant for high zoom levels, but I don't think it make sense to add a label covering a whole area only at high zoom level (basically you don't want to pan around looking for the label). So I'm -1 on adding this. Please add any more argument here, and I will reconsider it.
