Wayid 49685549 (a primary highway) is not rendered #215

I need to first nail down the particular tag that prevents it from being rendered.

nailed it down to several bus routes, including http://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/2966927 for example

I was using an old server [tms:http://a.layers.openstreetmap.fr/hot/{zoom}/{x}/{y}.png] to browse HOT tiles; The highway correctly renders on the current HOT imagery server - http://{switch:a,b,c}.tile.openstreetmap.fr/hot/{zoom}/{x}/{y}.png
