Set up proper font fallbacks and fonts for other scripts #220

Currently we're falling back to unifont for other scripts. Unifont being as ugly as it is, this is bad. A second issue is that we should fall back from DejaVu Sans Bold to DejaVu Sans. I was going to correct this, but need to do a glyph count on the different Open Sans versions
