The wiki page seems dubious to me, and I'm not sure it's needed in humanitarian/dev context.

So I'm -1. But please argue if I'm wrong.

Hi Yohan, I don't see why high voltage infrastructure (power=tower) should be rendered in an humanitarian map and low voltage infrastructure (power=cable_distribution_cabinet) shouldn't. The wiki page might look dubious, but JOSM has a template dialog and an icon for this tag.

(Well, one reason could be that power=tower objects serve as landmarks for visual orientation. I don't know if they were explicitly designed-in to the humanitarian style though)
