related to #105 (that is resolved/closed) the seasonal=yes (as well as intermittent=yes) tag(s) should cause the rendering of all waterways to be dashed as rivers and some others currently are.
So, at least drain is missing but IMO the dashed lines should apply to all waterway=* (open) way objects -- and to expand also lakes, ponds, reservoirs, etc closed way objects .. including waterway=riverbank that have intermittent or seasonal tag should also somehow be patterned. .. The thing being that there are gazillions of ponds, (open) reservoirs, river banks, etc that are only seasonal/intermittent. Would be great to get that reflected on the map rendering.

It seems to me that as is at least waterway=drain doesn't get rendered with a dash line when tagged with seasonal=yes http://www.openstreetmap.org/way/241348785#map=17/12.08745/-86.25008&layers=H (ravine behind our house).
