Waterway with tunnel=culvert not rendered differently #246

If a waterway is tagged such as waterway=stream or waterway=river and then tagged with tunnel=culvert, the rendering does not reflect a culvert (for example where a stream is routed under a road or an area but not necessarily a bridge)

To use the example from the default Mapnik rendering on OSM, a section of waterway tagged with tunnel=culvert is rendered as a pale blue colour with a blue dashed outline

Might this be possible in the Humanitarian render?
