Closed way areas tagged with landuse=place_of_worship need a color fill #265

Greetings,

In Southeast Asia(_), pagodas (just like schools) are sizable public and open areas (commonly mapped in OSM as a closed way with a landuse=place_of_worship tag, without a building=_ tag). Pagoda grounds are often central to village settlements, known landmarks used by locals, and more importantly, in the context of humanitarian work, commonly used as relief centers (whether it's for food/material distribution, or shelter).

As such, the Humanitarian tiles should add a colored fill to the closed ways. The main OSM tile styling does it, and over a year ago, OsmAnd added the fill when the above information was shared in an issue filed against that project.

You guys are maintaining a very useful OSM tile style, keep the good work.

(*) At the very by my first-hand experience Cambodia, Thailand, and Myanmar.

related #211

Somewhat related, although in southeast asia, it's more fundamental than the generic #211 issue; here, amenity=place_of_worship has the same significance and use as amenity=school, which the humanitarian tiles already color fill.
