Myanmar / Burmese labels #270

Labels in Myanmar / Burmese appear have incorrect letter spacing and diacritic placement in Humanitarian and other styles. Update: standard Mapnik is close but not quite right either.

The name of the capital city should look like နေပြည်တော် That first part နေ is encoded as two characters, န and then its diacritic ေ , but the labeler separates them, so I'm seeing them in the opposite order and other characters are jumbled up, too

Oh, that's annoying. :( We may need to select a better font for that. I'll have a look.

Ah, good catch, may be fixed in Mapnik 3.0 so, good news.

cf #284 now fixed, will take a bit of time for all tiles to be update. I'll post an update when it's supposed to be.
