Health facilities on Humanitarian layer

Health facilities (hospital) need to be display , at level 14 as it is on the standard layer (15) (https://www.openstreetmap.org/search?query=south%20kivu#map=15/-4.1042/29.0864)

instead of https://www.openstreetmap.org/search?query=south%20kivu#map=14/-4.1073/29.0694&layers=H

It would be great if the H could be switched to another symbol since an 'H' as symbol is very language specific. As example of amenity=hospital - amenity=clinic -amenity=pharmacy on standard layer https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=17/-4.30401/28.94199
