Demolished railways #305

Ways tagged as railway=dismantled, railway=razed, railway=historic ( https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Demolished_Railway ) are shown as normal railways. This is misleading. They should be showed differently.

Since abandoned railways are not showed, demolished railways should probably not be showed either (as is done on mapnik).
