Not sure whether the server has to do with this repo (Not even sure whether it should work above 18). If not fell free to close this. I'm currently seeing 404-errors with this layer when zooming level is 18 or above:
Zoom-level 18: http://map.hotosm.org/#18/19.68101/-72.14095
Zoom-level 17 (working): http://map.hotosm.org/#17/19.68101/-72.14095
seems to start working again
