node/9010430041, unlike other pharmacies nearby, renders a regular name label like the nearby "Aly Studio Beauté" beauty shop on zoom 19, 20 in addition to its blue name label. This is a duplicate name label and should be removed.
The same happens on several POIs I found by going to the map.hotosm.org example (on OSM).
This issue may be related to #160.
