use same icon that's used for amenity=money_transfer which is already made.

@skorasaurus Not sure we should use the same icon as "money transfer": at least in Haiti, there many many money transfer, but very rare real bureau de change, and I'm not sure we should confuse them. It's not the same public, this is my main concern. Thoughts?
