Map shapefile fields to Area, Team, status #751

Allow users to map fields in the shapefile dbf to area, team and status fields in the geojson. Default would be not have no fields mapped, optional if user decides. May need to evaluate feasibility because shapefile is uploaded as zip and may or may not contain dbf
