Store pageSize and dataView options on global state and local storage
Change table design to native HTML tables
Fix header and left column on screen
Makes the geojson endpoint handle ODK only form data, so those forms submissions can be visualized on the map
Update frontend dependencies

Page size and state are looking good. But tested a few other functions with the new HTML tables and saw this with the date:
