Splitting of densely packed buildings causes issues

The issue

• Attempted to split densely packed buildings
• The example below shows Madrid city center, with dense buildings common to many European cities.
• However fmtm-splitter is probably more applicable to splitting in developing countries, for example densely packed informal settlements.

Possible causes

• Perhaps some of the geometries actually have shared nodes, as they are all part of the same block of buildings? This would confuse the splitting algo.

Additional context

• This is important to fix at some point, but low priority for now, as most mapping in developing countries will have less densely packed buildings.
