• Originally for FMTM.
• Has wider implications as a community splitting algorithm outside of FMTM.
• Also includes code (such as split by square) that is included in DroneTM).

Having been debugging fmtm-splitter the last few days... it's become FMTM specific, and doesn't really work well for another project. I've been trying to use it for a different project without much luck. Splitting by square has some major issues since I assume most projects are splitting by OSM features. I'd think it would need some minor changes to be more flexible for the DroneTM to use.

Anyway, as the person that wrote fmtm-splitter, I have zero problem with a name change. aoi-splitter is fine, I only called it fmtm-splitter since I had pulled it out of the FMTM backend, and into a standalone module.
